Met with a choice between preparing meals, uninspiring salad bowls or settling for fast food, we got to thinking; why isn't there fast food to feel good about?
So we started Brisk, to eat well without the sacrifice. Brisk is a destination where full-flavours and great nutrition come from beautiful ingredients — leaving you feeling satisfied and ready for the next move. Brisk is Good Move Food.
Our ETHOS
The choices we make about what we eat, where it comes from and how it’s prepared has a powerful impact on the health of individuals, communities and the environment.
It's not always easy to eat well, especially on the go. Our mission at Brisk is to make people feel good. We do this by making it easier for people to connect to real food on the go. What we put in our bodys has a direct impact on how we feel. We hope by proving full-flavours and great nutrition conveniently we can add some good feeling to the world.
Beyond our food
It's easy to forget about the millions of communities we never see. It's why we ask questions about our supply chain. This was particularly important with our clothing (Wear Brisk).
Fashion has become one of the most resource-intensive (natural and human) industries on our planet. Our clothes are made in countries, mills and factories where human dignity take precedence over the bottom line. This is the least we can do and just the start.
Good Move
Good Move, is a concept we came up with when developing our vision for Brisk. It's all about supporting good. Whether that's eating good, moving good or doing good. It could be something good for you or someone else. Whatever it is we are committed to supporting Good Moves in any way we can. If you'd like to chat about a Good Move, get in contact with us.
Beyond our own community
It's easy to forget about the millions of communities we never see. It's why we ask questions about our supply chain. This was particularly important with our clothing (Wear Brisk).

On sustainability
Climate change is the defining challenge of our generation. One that we are doing our best to face up to but Brisk is not a sustainable restaurant. There's really no such thing as a sustainable restaurant. The restaurant industry and its supply chain is responsible for as much as 25% of global greenhouse gas emissions. Until the way we produce and consume food globally changes true sustainability is out of reach. But that doesn't mean we aren't on the path to enacting meaningful change.
What are we doing?
All our packing is compostable. We cook from scratch and to match demand, this reduces our waste. We source our food from supply chains that share our values and are too reducing their impact. We use local vegetables and herbs when in season to limit how far our food comes from. Wear Brisk and our staff clothing is made responsibly. These are just some of our topline actions, we do many small things and hope to add this by doing better every day.
